1. Review Meeting Minutes from June 8

   Minutes has been approved

2. Scholarships (PAC & Mrs Majchrowicz)

   We did not receive applications for PAC scholarship.

   We received one application for Mrs Majchrowicz scholarship and it will be forwarded to Mrs Majchrowicz.

3. Ognisko/Bonfire Oct 20th. Discuss details

   Jadwiga proposed free entry for those who will bring a crockpot with polish hot food to share (barszcz, bigos, zurek etc).

4. Paderewski Festival first two weeks of November

   Info about the festival will be added to PAC web site.

5. Christmas Dinner - where?

   We will try to find a new place.

   Our options are: Hilton, a restaurant, catering with rented room.

   Reenie & Małgorzata are helping

   Proposed Christmas Dinner date - December 8th or 15th from 5pm to 9pm

6. Support School, Soccer? How?

   No financial support has been offered by PAC

7. Warn people about hacking issues toward our PAC emails and website and how to avoid them.

   If you get email from PAC management asking you to buy Amazon gift cards then don’t do this - it is a scam.

8. Schedule Next PAC Meeting - middle of November

   Next meeting date - November 12th

9. Other business

   New Year Eve should be in the same place as last year. We will ask Leszek Mazur to make reservation.

   Mushroom and Bee presentations were discussed. Bee presentation date has been proposed - October 20th .
