Form for submitting information about a Polish Event to our website
If you would like to submit a Polish-related event to the website, please use the form below.
The information will be posted to the Events Calendar after approval.
1) Make sure that your web browser cookies are turned on.
2) Enter pertinent information in form.
"Your Name" and "Your Email/Tel" will not be posted.
3) Print this page for your records.
4) Press "Submit" to send filled form for approval and posting.
5) You should receive a confirmation page.
Note: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION, the server could be down.
This happens occasionally - in which case please try again later.
6) Press your browser "Back" button to return to PAC site.
